The prestigious Nottingham Tennis Centre has just hosted the high profile British Open Wheelchair Tennis championships 2019 where Ulster player Ross Gourley competed in the junior section.  Ross was showing good form as he battled his way through the rounds to eventually meet top English junior Alex Chaston in the final.  The final was a close affair but on the day Ross came through to win in the third set tie-break,  4-2, 3-5, 0-1(3).
Ross and his young English doubles partner Lucas Town finished runners up in the doubles, making the event a great success for Ross overall. Congratulations to Ross!
