Ulster Tennis are looking for an Enjoy Tennis Development Officer

The Enjoy Tennis Programme brings the opportunity to learn and play tennis to people with disabilities all around Ireland. Currently it operates in over 90 clubs and provides the opportunity for people with one of nine disabilities to take part. Currently in Ulster this includes people who are blind or have a visual impairment, are wheelchair users, those with a learning disability/autism, and dementia.
Most of the players are beginners and play at a recreational level, but Ulster players do make up a significant part of the Irish blind tennis team and the elite athletes in the Irish junior wheelchair team.
Role
To continue to expand the programme in Ulster we are inviting applications for the position of Enjoy Tennis Development Officer.
This role is offered on a part-time basis for 25 hours per month. A level of flexibility is required for the role and some evening/weekend work could be required from time to time.
